When you are on certain medications you need to be careful should you become dehydrated.
The surgery has organised a letter, below, for patients who are on these medications so they are aware of the affects dehydration has on them whilst they are on these medications.
The letter provided offers advice and lets patients know which medications are affected by dehydration.
All patients who are affected by this will have received a message with a link to this page to download the letter for their information. There is also an alert card attached to the letter and this can be placed in a wallet or bag for convenience.
