Medication Ordering at Victoria Road Surgery

As you are aware from local media the POD (Prescription Ordering Department) will be closing at the end of June.

Therefore the surgery have been looking at ways for patients to order their repeat medication. There are 3 ways this can be done:

ONLINE – Via NHSapp / SystmOnline / Airmid App (provider the same as SystmOnline)

WRITTEN – Via repeat medication slip from pharmacy or handwritten note – these can be posted in the outside post box (at any time including when the surgery is closed) or in the small prescription box by Admin window (when the surgery is open)

POST – you can post your request to the surgery but please allow postage time for the surgery to receive your request

Schedule for processing prescriptions

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SURGERY DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY IN THE SCHEDULE AS THESE ARE NON-WORKING DAYS.
