Transcribing Tool (Clinical Note Support) in Consultations
Victoria Road Surgery is currently trialling a new software called Heidi Health AI to help clinicians in their clinics.
Your clinician will ask for your consent to use Heidi Health AI in your consultation. Should you not wish for this to be used in your appointment, please make the clinician aware. Your care will not be affected if you decline to give consent and the clinician will record the consultation the manually (in the usual way of typing notes directly into your medical computer record.
What is Heidi Health AI?
Heidi AI is an advanced AI medical scribe designed to transcribe patient visits, generate clinical notes, fill out documents and dictate letters. Please note that the clinicians are trialling this only for generating clinical notes. The tool allows the clinician to focus more on you, the patient, rather than on typing and administration tasks. However, the clinician always manually checks the notes made by Heidi Health for accuracy.
