New Telephone System

Over the last couple of weeks the surgery has changed its telephone system.

There is now an option for a call back if you are in the queue to make an appointment, so instead of hanging on the phone you can go about your business and wait for a phone call from us. You do not lose your place in the queue, but please note that the system will only ring you twice and then cease call backs. Please ensure you have your phone is close at hand so as not to miss the call back.

With all new systems the girls in reception and administration are getting used to a very different system and have been doing really well so far. Should we lose your call in the system, we do apologise but please do not be angry with us we all have to learn new things every now and again.
