The Prescription department are receiving a lot of calls from patients concerning the whereabouts of their prescription. Unfortunately once your prescription is at you nominated pharmacy we are no longer able to speak to you about any concerns you have as it is now a pharmacy issue.

We understand that some pharmacies are not very quick at answering their phones, we have the same problems, but please keep trying your pharmacy and they will be able to speak to you concerning your medication order, once it is signed and sent from the surgery.
